FOCUS ON DESKSIDE SUPPORT -Store Systems Support -Technical Support Coordinator
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12/31/2025(potential extension)
Llooking for a candidate that could work 8:30 to 5, M-F, with only working in the office 1 day a week.
The day in the office would be Friday's for this position. The same still applies that training will be in the office the first 3 or 4 weeks, then they can work at home when they feel comfortable.
ONLY submit candidates that can convert without a fee after 90 days.
CANDIDATES NEED TO BE LOCAL, WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVING DISTANCE FROM MASON LOCATION
- Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows – able to trouble shoot application installs, windows machine system configurations (standard cpu and laptop)
- Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, basic hardware connectivity)
- Basic Hardware and software application trouble shooting skills
