Position: School Age Teacher
Location: Aurora, Ohio

What Youll Do:

• Lead engaging lessons: Create and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Foster creativity and curiosity: Encourage children to explore and discover through play, art, science, and inquiry-based learning.
• Build relationships: Establish strong connections with children, parents, and fellow staff members to create a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.
• Ensure safety: Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning experience and provide individualized attention to each child.

What Were Looking For:

• • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Works productively without supervision
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. in connection with the handling of children
