Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist Certificate
- Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist License
- Current Ohio drivers license and access to a motor vehicle
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to navigate stairs unassisted
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
Location:
- Middletown, OH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments as part of the multifactorial evaluation process
- Collaborate in the development of Individualized Behavior Plans (IBPs)
- Implement goals and objectives outlined in students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) related to occupational therapy
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring occupational therapy
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Engage with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective strategies for student success
