About the Role:

As a Residential Sealcoat Applicator 1, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the longevity and appearance of residential driveways and parking areas through the application of sealcoat materials. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that surfaces are properly prepared and coated to protect against weathering, UV damage, and wear. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Sealcoating experience
• Paint striping experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sealcoating or a related field.
• Knowledge of asphalt maintenance and repair techniques.
• Certification in safety practices related to construction work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for sealcoating by cleaning, repairing, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Mix and apply sealcoat materials using appropriate techniques and equipment.
