A Regional Behavioral and Mental Health Organization is recruiting a Medical Director for the Cleveland, OH area.

• This is a full time, permanent position located near Cleveland in a great community, close to higher education, Hopkins airport and plenty of amenities.

• Organization is looking for an MD or DO, with experience in Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine or Family Practice. Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of Clinical experience, with 3 years of supervisory or leadership. Board Certification in Psychiatry required. Additional cert in Addiction, Family or Internal Medicine preferred. State DEA registration required.

• Key Responsibilities this organization is looking for include: policy writing, standardization of care and processes. Provides clinical leadership, education and support to Psychiatrists, NP’s, Addiction Medicine Providers and primary care providers. Will ensure an alignment of standards and be mission focused. Experience in an FQHC setting a plus.

• Position will be expected to be able to provide direct patient care and will maintain an active, small caseload to demonstrate best practices.

• Will lead accreditation readiness and quality improvement initiatives, as well as coach medical staff and identify gaps in care.

• Compensation package starts at $180k and goes up to $285k, based on experience. Position includes a zero monthly cost medical benefit package, CEU trainings, 10 paid holidays, 401k and flexible schedule.
