Job Summary
This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, or implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications tailored to specifications and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative (headed towards Scrum and team collaboration), Strategic (what could ServiceNow do? And as we adopt it, we need to make sure this person is documenting best practices) and Execution (where we want to be and this person would decide when to do or delegate to team.) 50% and 50% code related work vs meetings
