This is an entry-level position with real potential for growth and advancementbased on your attitude, attendance, and performance. Key Responsibilities:Assemble components using various hand tools and follow work instructions accuratelyBuild extension ladders according to guidelines and safety standardsPerform repetitive tasks requiring good hand-eye coordinationRead and write in English to follow detailed work instructions and complete documentationLift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, and standingMaintain excellent attendance and punctualityTake on additional duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements:Experience with industrial machinery (punch press, brake press, etc.)Previous work in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferredFamiliarity with hand tools and safe operation practicesAbility to read and write in EnglishPhysically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion throughout shiftStrong work ethic with a reliable attendance recordWillingness to work as part of a team and take direction Shift & Pay:1st Shift Hours:Monday Thursday: 6:00am 3:00pmFriday: 6:00am 12:00pmPay Rate: $15/hourThis is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
