Integrity Plumbing and Drain Services is looking for a full-time Drain Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team in Miamisburg, Ohio. This full-time role pays $22 to $30 per hour, plus spiffs and bonuses.

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some on-call hours will be required. You will leave from your home each day and go straight to the job site. You do not need to check in at a central office before starting your workday.
YOUR DAY
As a Drain Cleaning Supervisor, you will leave from your home and head directly to the job site. You will use drain cleaning equipment and keep it in good working condition. You will speak with homeowners or decision-makers to offer the best solutions for their drain problems. You will lead your team, work side-by-side with them, and help the team grow.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A DRAIN CLEANING SUPERVISOR
- Experience leading and growing a team
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate well with homeowners and decision-makers
- Willingness to be flexible with plumbing schedules
Experience solving problems in the drain cleaning field is a plus.
