FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
**Starting Wage: $23 - $25, depending on experience **
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to expert in machine programming by understanding and applying customer manufacturing specifications.
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot cutting-edge machinery including Haas 3-axis Mills, EDM Wire Cutters, and VTLs.
- Conduct thorough inspections and measurements to pinpoint defects and ensure compliance with specifications; adeptly adjust controls to rectify any issues.
- Utilize your analytical skills to maintain machinery and tackle repair challenges.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with manual, semi-automated, or automated machinery.

Proficient in the setup and use of CMMs, CAD-CAM tools, and traditional measuring equipment.

Proficient in blueprint interpretation and technical design visualization.

Capable of developing and updating machining workflow processes.

Background in warehouse or production planning environments.

- CNC Programming Techniques
- Conducting Machinery Safety Audits
- Setting Up Machines for Manufacturing Runs
- Resolving CNC Equipment Issues
- Traditional Machining Aptitude
- Completion of High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced Mathematical Skills Relevant to Shop Work
