Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Willoughby, OH is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide leave coverage from the last week of February through May. This contract opportunity offers the chance to support students across all grade levels during a critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies
- Participate in meetings and provide consultative services as needed
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible or licensed for Speech-Language Pathologist practice in a school setting
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or possess equivalent experience
- Knowledge of school-based speech therapy methods and applicable laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule and Location:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Position located in Willoughby, Ohio
