Hours: ON site Temporary Project

7/28/2025 through 8/17/2025
Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (some Saturdays) $17-19 p/hr
Job Duties:
· Assist in the turnover process in all units.
· Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in the interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.
Examples of duties include:
· Picking up trash on the grounds
· Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
· Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
· Sweepings, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
· Completes other tasks as directed and assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to read and write English fluently.
· Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50lbs as well as use a ladder.
· Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property and have reliable transportation to participate in on-call duties.
