Responsibilities
- Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
- Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion validation
- Testing Experience to perform
- Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by client
- Execution of test cases
- Documenting test results
- Reporting test results
- Data Conversion
- Perform data validation
- Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
- Integrations Experience to perform Core HR
- Working on the interface Impact Analysis
- Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
- End-to-End Integration testing
- Ability to drive technical design sessions for integration
- Provide support in training on all HCM modules
