Job Description Senior Project Manager
This position is responsible to drive strategic, cross-functional projects that impact revenue, customer outcomes and operational efficiencies. Own organizational change management for Mike Albert and leadprocess improvement and coach managers to build continuous improvement. Provide Project Management oversight on execution quality for other Project Managers (PMs).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic delivery
- Lead or coach complex initiatives from concept to benefits realization: scope, plan, risks, stakeholders, dependencies, value tracking.
- Translate executive priorities into executable plans with clear outcomes and success metric (ROI, cycle time, margin, NPS).
- Escalate roadblocks in the project, identify early and unblock quickly; maintain a crisp cadence (RAID, decision logs, executive-ready updates).
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Own the change approach across projects: stakeholder mapping, adoption plans, communications, training, readiness, reinforcement.
- Define and track adoption Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators.
- Coach project leaders on change practices; review all change plans for quality.
Process Improvement and Coaching
- Run targeted improvement efforts (e.g., order-to-cash, onboarding, service operations) using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods.
- Build capability: coach managers on root cause, standard work, metrics, and control plans.
- Institutionalize improvements with simple governance and visible measures.
PMO Oversight (delegated responsibilities)
- Provide quality assurance on project plans, risks, and benefits cases; enforce minimal standards without bureaucracy.
- Mentor PMs on execution discipline; facilitate cross-project dependency and capacity alignment.
- Support portfolio reviews and reprioritization; ensure fast decision pathways to executives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7–10+ years in project/program management with a track record of delivering commercial-facing initiatives (customers, revenue, GTM) and cross-functional change.
- 4 year college degree
- Hands-on process improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (certification a plus).
- Thrive in ambiguity; responsibilities will shift as organizational needs evolve.
- Clear executive communication; builds trust with senior leaders and influences without authority.
- Comfortable with moving priorities, incomplete information, and shaping ambiguous charters into executable plans.
Preferred Background
- Demonstrated success leading commercial-facing programs (customers, revenue, GTM not only internal IT
- Demonstrated Organizational Change Management leadership at scale (Prosci /ADKAR or equivalent practice).
- Experience in Fleet, Mobility, or Services operations preferred.
- Financial acumen, including benefits modeling, sensitivity analysis.
