The Third Estimate is growing fast, and were looking for experienced, high-skill Field Technicians to join our exterior home improvement crew. If youve got talent, hustle, and pride in your work, youll fit right in.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Hands-on installs & repairs Roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doorsyou know the drill.
- Own your projects Plan it. Execute it. Deliver it with precision.
- Customer-first mindset Walk clients through the work and leave them impressed.
- Problem solver in the field Spot extra issues, call them out, and help us fix them right.
- Tech-friendly Snap pics, log reports, and update job progress with Company Cam.
- Team player Work closely with production leaders to keep jobs on time and top quality.
- Safety always Follow safety standards and stay sharp on the job, no matter the weather.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, or door installation
- Smart and resourceful You know how to troubleshoot and get it done right the first time
- Clear, confident communication Youre professional on every job site
- Comfort with tech Familiar with Company Cam, CRMs, or willing to learn
- Physically ready Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on various roof pitches
- Valid drivers license With a clean recordyoull be mobile and trusted
