We’re looking for an Administrator to lead a well-respected facility in Lucasville, Ohio that offers memory care, respite care, behavioral health, long-term and short-term care, and rehab services.

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing & rehab (new administrators are also welcome to apply).
- A track record of driving financial, clinical, and regulatory success.
- Skill in developing and empowering strong leadership teams.
- Deep knowledge of survey processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Experience hiring and building compassionate healthcare teams.
- Strong communication skills with families to keep them informed and reassured.
- Active NHA license in Ohio.
