Aspen Careers is partnering with a well-established law firm in Cleveland, Ohio, to find a talented Litigation Associate to join their growing team.
The Opportunity: If you're an attorney passionate about business and commercial litigation, this is your chance to contribute to a thriving practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What You'll Do:
- Handle a variety of business and commercial litigation matters, working on high-profile cases and gaining valuable experience.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests (including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions).
- Prepare for trial by reviewing documents, drafting motions, and conducting depositions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional service and managing relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business and/or commercial litigation.
- Proficiency in drafting discovery requests and preparing for trial.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
