CVICU RN
Provides advanced critical care to patients recovering from cardiovascular surgeries and severe cardiac conditions. Delivers continuous monitoring and complex hemodynamic management in a high acuity environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage vasoactive infusions and titrate medications per protocol
• Operate and monitor cardiac devices including IABP, Impella, and temporary pacing
• Perform comprehensive assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Provide immediate post operative care for open heart and vascular surgery patients
• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Active state RN license or compact license if applicable
• Minimum two years of CVICU RN experience
