We're looking for a proven operations leader in the Cleveland, OH area to drive performance and growth across multiple manufacturing sites focused on ceramics, cores, or advanced materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant operations with full P&L ownership
- Drive KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Champion Lean, CI, and high-impact execution
- Build and develop strong leadership teams
- Oversee strategy, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment
- Support customer growth and new product introductions
What You Bring:
- 15+ years in manufacturing leadership
- Background in ceramics/cores or heavy metals manufacturing
- Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset
- Track record of delivering results through teams
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; MBA/MS preferred
