Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our leadership team to learn the core functions of marketing, operations, and team development. You’ll be given real responsibilities from day one, including planning and executing local marketing events, managing small teams, and contributing to campaign strategy. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day business operations alongside senior managers

Assist in the planning and execution of event-based marketing campaigns

Help design and implement customer outreach strategies to increase brand exposure

Lead, motivate, and mentor small teams during campaign execution

Coordinate logistics and provide on-site event support to ensure high-quality delivery

Track and analyze campaign performance, suggesting improvements for future success

Contribute ideas in team meetings for improving processes and enhancing campaign effectiveness

Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications:
