Monday - Friday

$30.00 - $55.00 Per Hour Flat Rate (Depending on Experience)

A-Level Automotive Technician

Role Summary

The A-Level Technician is responsible for advanced diagnostics, drivability analysis, electrical troubleshooting, and high-level mechanical repair. This technician must be capable of handling complex issues independently while supporting the team with knowledge and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics

  • Complete precision testing, including pressure tests and system verification

  • Repair and maintain engine, transmission, suspension, brake, alignment, and electrical systems

  • Utilize shop diagnostic tools (Snap-On, Matco/Launch) and shop software (Mitchell 1, AutoVitals)

  • Maintain consistent productivity and accuracy within a flat-rate structure

  • Communicate effectively with team members and uphold consistent workflow standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional automotive experience

  • Strong diagnostic proficiency in both electrical and drivability concerns

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

  • ASE certifications preferred but not required

  • Prior dealership experience is welcomed

Compensation

  • Flat Rate: $40.00–$55.00/hour

  • Pay based on diagnostic skill level, experience, and overall capability

B-Level Automotive Technician

Role Summary

The B-Level Technician is ideal for someone who has foundational diagnostic knowledge and is committed to growing into an advanced diagnostic role. This technician is expected to take on essential diagnostic tasks such as CEL evaluation and basic electrical/drivability checks while actively pursuing growth and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general diagnostics: CEL investigation, rough-running conditions, basic drivability issues

  • Conduct inspections, pressure tests, and electrical checks

  • Complete repair tasks with guidance when needed

  • Use shop diagnostic tools and workflow software for documentation

  • Ask questions, collaborate with senior technicians, and participate in ongoing training

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow shop procedures

Requirements

  • General automotive repair experience with introductory diagnostic skills

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow diagnostic capabilities

  • Ability to follow direction, collaborate, and ask for support when needed

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen

  • ASE certifications are a plus, but not required

Compensation

  • Flat Rate: $30.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience / skills)

  • Six bays / six lifts

  • Alignment machine

  • Shop management system: Mitchell 1

  • Digital vehicle inspections: AutoVitals
