\n\nSpecial Procedures / Unit Details\n

This position involves PET/CT scanning, including whole-body FDG PET/CT, brain PET imaging, limited cardiac PET, and neuroendocrine imaging. The facility operates two PET/CT scanners, with the majority of cases focused on oncologic diagnosis.

\n\nSchedule Overview\n

  • Monday–Friday, with flexible start times (6 AM to 9:30 AM)
  • \n

  • 8-hour shifts, with the option for 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks
  • \n

  • One evening shift and one Saturday per month
  • \n

Approximately 33 PET/CT scans per day, including whole-body FDG, brain, cardiac, and neuroendocrine imaging, primarily involving oncology cases.

\n\nRequirements\n

  • Experience in PET/CT and General Nuclear Medicine
  • \n

  • IV start experience and familiarity with PACS
  • \n

  • BLS, ARRT or NMTCB, and state license required
  • \n

  • Experience with inpatient and outpatient settings
  • \n
