Job DescriptionWe are seeking an entry-level CNC Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn CNC machining and advance their skills in precision manufacturing. You will operate Fanuc-controlled lathes, follow detailed work instructions, and maintain machines while ensuring high-quality parts. No prior CNC experience is required; training will be provided for candidates willing to learn and grow. Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes under supervision and follow detailed work instructions
- Inspect parts using verniers, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality
- Adjust machine offsets as needed under guidance
- Clean and maintain machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety standards and support team members in production tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willingness to learn CNC machining and follow directions closely
- Basic math skills for measurements and machine setup
- Mechanically inclined and able to safely use hand tools
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Ability to work in a hot and dirty manufacturing environment
