Production / Field Manager
Commercial & Residential Landscape Company

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for our commercial and high-end residential landscape maintenance teams. This role is responsible for managing 4–5 crews, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in leading field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Crew & Operations Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage 4–5 landscape crews to ensure performance, efficiency, safety and professionalism.

  • Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and workload distribution.

  • Monitor and track employee hours through Aspire to ensure accurate labor allocation on properties.

Quality Control & Customer Experience

  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure work quality meets company standards.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.

  • Partner closely with Account Managers to support client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure seamless communication.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce company safety policies and conduct safety training, ensuring crew adherence at all times.

  • Maintain safe job sites, equipment use, and operating standards.

Materials & Equipment Management

  • Manage material ordering, usage, and job costing in Aspire.

  • Oversee equipment condition, maintenance schedules, and proper deployment to crews.

Technology & Reporting

  • Utilize Aspire Software daily to track job progress, labor hours, materials, scheduling, and performance metrics.

  • Provide timely updates, reports, and documentation to management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of landscape operations, production management, or field leadership experience (commercial or residential).

  • Strong working knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and horticulture.

  • Proficiency with Aspire, LMN, or similar landscape management software preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
