Keller Trucking is hiring for a Parts and Service Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate in-shop repairs
• Prioritize work in shop to maximize shop utilization
• Check-in drivers and provide excellent customer service
• Order inventory and special-order parts daily
• Manage parts inventory and perform weekly cycle counts
• Manage new tire inventory and retread orders
• Process, submit, and track in-house warranty claims
• Perform regular cost analysis to ensure we are receiving competitive parts pricing
• Maintain parts vendor relationships
• Track and process core returns
• Maintain a clean and organized parts room
• Complete miscellaneous maintenance reporting as needed
• Fill in for maintenance admin team as needed.

Special Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of truck maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of computers and programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
