Position Summary:
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Mobile Crisis Team! The Mobile Crisis Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of crisis services within the Mobile Crisis team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of crisis services.
- Provide direct supervision, lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary crisis response team including clinicians, and peer support specialists.
- Respond to crisis calls and provide support to individuals during a crisis.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in behavioral health crisis care.
- Participate in crisis response planning and evaluation, including root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, law enforcement, EMS, community partners, and funders.
- Implement evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care principles.
- Develop policies and procedures to guide clinical and operational functions.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for clients in various community settings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and goals.
Qualifications:
- State licensure in counseling or social work (e.g., LPC,LPCC,LSW,LISW)
- Experience with behavioral health services.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated understanding of crisis stabilization, de-escalation techniques, and emergency systems of care.
- Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare billing, managed care, and funding mechanisms for crisis services a plus.
Day Shift 8am-4:30pm, Evening Shift 11:30am-8pm
