Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and motivated technician with experience in both electrical systems and civil construction. This hybrid role involves working on a variety of projects including electrical installations, telecom site builds, and civil infrastructure. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in diverse environments and is able to travel.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Install and test underground and above-ground grounding systems.
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing.
- Execute carpentry, landscaping, grading, and fencing tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools, including light equipment (e.g., mini excavator, skid loader).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Assist in building new telecom sites and maintaining safe job sites.
- Travel to job sites as needed (up to 50%) and work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background check, MVR check, drug test, and pre-employment physical.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends when necessary.
Preferred:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical or civil construction.
- Completion of technical training or apprenticeship programs.
- Experience with EV charger and generator installations.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- CDL license.
- Fire alarm knowledge and additional trade skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Stand for long periods and climb ladders.
- Work in all-weather conditions.
