Now Hiring: Industrial Sewing Specialist | Express Employment Professionals – Lakewood, OH

Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Competitive Pay: $14–$18/hr (Based on Experience)

Location: West Side of Cleveland, OH

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Industrial Sewing Specialist, where your precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills are valued. You’ll be hands-on with industrial sewing equipment, playing a key role in creating high-quality fabric products.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial-grade sewing machines to assemble and finish fabric pieces
Measure, cut, and tailor fabrics using precision measuring tools
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production goals
Ensure quality standards through attention to fine detail and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

Detail-driven and quality-focused
Experienced in industrial or commercial sewing
Mechanically inclined with excellent measuring skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and excellence

Requirements:

Previous industrial sewing experience is required
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand, bend, crouch, or sit throughout the shift
Must pass drug screen & background check
