Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a steady background in operating various machinery and tools, ensuring precision and quality in production processes. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Different machine operating opportunities available for 10hr shifts on 1st/2nd shift. You will have 3 days off each week, unless working overtime!
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery including milling machines, press brake machines, and stamping presses to produce high-quality components.
- Utilize tooling and measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure accurate specifications are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand production requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document production processes and report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with tooling, micrometers, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
