Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $16.50/hr and up, based on experience
QuickPro Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Hand Assembly Technician for a manufacturing client specializing in electronic circuit board assembly. This position involves performing hand assembly work on post–surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written work instructions and quality standards.Responsibilities / Principal Duties
- Perform hand assembly on post-surface mount circuit boards
- Identify and read values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components (capacitors, resistors, transistors, ICs, etc.)
- Verify correct component placement and part values
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and bills of materials to identify customer part numbers
- Understand and follow basic IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards
- Utilize basic assembly tools and materials such as hot glue, clipping tools, masking, and related equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous production or assembly experience preferred (training provided as needed)
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
