Job DescriptionJob description Mow Crew Lead / Snowplow Driver – Columbus, OHProScape Lawn & Landscape Services is a regional leader with over 20 years in commercial landscaping. We are hiring Seasonal Snowplow Drivers to support our winter operations.Pay & Incentives:

• Base pay from $20/hr.
• Snow premiums: +$2/hr. for shoveling PLUS 25% snow bonus paid @ the end of snow season

What You'll Do:

• Plow, salt, and/or shovel snow
• Mow commercial properties. Manage a crew. Drive truck and trailer. Oversee jobsite and scope of work.
• Maintain quality and safety in all work
• Communicate with dispatch during weather events
• Work on-call during winter storms (nights/weekends as needed)

• Experience operating a plow truck
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Reliable work ethic and urgency
• Strong communication
• Detail oriented and adaptable
• Spanish bilingual skills valued

Job Type: Fulltime
Hours: approx. 40 hrs. (weather dependent)
Location: Columbus, OH
