Job DescriptionAssembler Console Vault Project (Temp-to-Hire) Wooster, OH
Do you have good hand-eye coordination and enjoy working with your hands? Mancan is partnering with a Wooster-based company to hire Assemblers for their Console Vault project. This is a temp-to-hire position with a pay increase upon being hired permanently. The starting pay is $16.00/hour.
Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
Key Duties:
* Use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts and components into finished products per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
* Inspect and test specific components to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned depending on work projects.
Requirements:
* Ability to work at a fast pace, independently or in a team.
* Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production standards.
* Excellent attendance and reliability.
