Job Description
Gillmann Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead residential landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run crews, operate equipment, and deliver quality work on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential job sites
- Operate equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and excavators
- Perform and oversee excavation work for pools, patios, retaining walls, and foundations
- Drive and operate dump trucks with trailers
- Ensure job site safety, productivity, and quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with crew members and management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience, including leadership or foreman experience
- Proven experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, and/or excavators on residential sites
- Experience driving a dump truck with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
