Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.

• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.

• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.

• Assist in achieving departmental targets and quality metrics.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio with a focus on medical-surgical and telemetry care.

• Commitment to continuous education and professional development opportunities.

• Experience in patient monitoring and assessment in a clinical setting.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Desire to foster a supportive and positive environment for patients and staff.

• Strong understanding of medication administration and treatment protocols.

• Proficient in documenting patient care activities accurately and timely.
