We are seeking a Service Manager / Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the service team. As the Store Manager, you are the coach and mentor who will lead the team by example.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of Service Advisors and Technicians
- Ensure team follows all health and safety as well as environmental regulations
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track daily, weekly and monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Oversee the management of the facility, inventory and equipment.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Organize and maintain a continuous outreach with the community
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields but preferably automotive service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Education: College or University preferred
