Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Our practice offers the best of both worlds-located just one hour from Cincinnati in a small town setting, with an easy commute if you prefer city living.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

Conduct routine exams and provide preventive dental care.

Perform a wide range of procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics.

Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency.

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Active state dental license.

Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft or Open Dental preferred).

Familiarity with endodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication is a plus.

Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
