Handy Hub LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Asphalt Repair Technician to perform hot asphalt patch work on streets, parking lots, and other paved surfaces. This role involves using hot mix asphalt to permanently repair potholes, cracks, and surface damage in front of commercial and residential buildings.
Responsibilities:

Perform hot patch repairs using asphalt mix, tampers, and compactors

Clean and prepare damaged areas for patching

Transport and maintain hot mix asphalt using hot box or trailer

Ensure smooth and level finish after patching

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

Communicate with supervisor or client as needed on-site
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience with asphalt repair or paving
-
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-
Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor

Valid driver's license preferred (especially for driving equipment or trailers)

Ability to work independently and in small teams
