Job DescriptionJoin a well-established West-side Cleveland company as a General Laborer. We are seeking reliable candidates who are looking for a long-term career in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with machine equipment, assembling parts for processing, and ensuring quality production.Responsibilities:
- Rack and assemble various parts using baskets, racks, and fixtures
- Operate standard machine equipment and remove parts after processing
- Cool parts using air, water, salt, or other baths
- Perform grinding, sanding, and buffing of parts
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to read and interpret instructions
- Comfortable using a variety of tools and equipment as needed
