We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at an extrusion company. This role involves working the 3rd shift (7PM-7AM) on a rotating schedule to ensure the smooth operation of our fast-paced production facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 10 different production lines.
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery.
- Walk to other facilities as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and rewire 480 three-phase motors, including changing motor rotation.
- Conduct mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret inputs/outputs.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and rewiring 480 three-phase motors.
- Experience in mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Comfortability with PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in reading inputs/outputs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a plastics/extrusion experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced production facility. The role requires comfortability with a 12-hour shift from 7PM to 7AM on a rotating schedule (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday). Training will initially be conducted on the first shift with a 2-2-3 schedule. A $2.00 shift differential applies.
