Harbor is seeking a Lobby Attendant to provide administrative support for our Woodley Road office in Toledo. This position greets and welcomes clients and visitors and is the primary point of contact for individuals entering the building.
Position is part-time, 24 hours per week.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of closely related office or administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with diverse individuals while working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk between suites or locations as needed.
- Proven ability to manage stress, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict client confidentiality.
Essential Job Competencies/Primary Duties:
- Greets and welcomes all clients and visitors upon entry, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a professional, courteous, and positive first impression.
- Notifies and announces clients to the to appropriate staff member; provides necessary follow-up, and ensures clients are assisted in a timely manner.
- Completed opening and closing duties as assigned to support daily operations.
- Provides high-quality, timely support to both internal and external customers, consistently striving for excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends, best practices, and developments related to essential job competencies and demonstrates continued growth.
- Distributes incoming and outgoing mail as assigned.
- Monitor client flags for support-related issues at time of visit
- Responds promptly and professionally to email, Microsoft Teams messages, and written requests from other departments.
- Participants in support staff meetings and other meetings as required; serves on office committees as assigned.
- May float to other agency locations as needed to support client services or operational demands.
- Adheres to crisis prevention and intervention protocols to ensure safety for clients, visitors, and staff.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support agency operations.
