Developers Realty is currently seeking a Commercial Building Maintenance member to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Properties are located in the Cleveland / Akron area.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. 8 Hours a day with 1/2 hour for lunch. Starting and ending locations would be Bedford Heights, Ohio.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
