Automotive Service Advisor

$60,000–$90,000+ per year (base + bonuses)
Full-Time • Galion / North-Central Ohio Area
We are a busy, well-established domestic-brand dealership looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service department. If you want a professional environment, strong leadership, and steady workflow, this is a great opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and write repair orders
- Communicate with technicians and the shop foreman
- Handle extended warranty/service contract approvals
- Use Dealertrack for RO creation, updates, and documentation
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance based on inspections
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Dealertrack experience strongly preferred
- Extended warranty approval experience required
- Prior dealership Service Advisor experience
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
