Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (1–2 Openings)
Location: Elyria, OH 44035
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to perform commercial and residential service work. We are looking to review resumes and conduct interviews as soon as possible. This role offers competitive pay, per diem, steady hours, and the potential for a temp-to-hire transition after 960 hours.
Pay and Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Shift: Day shift, typically starting at 7:00 AM
- Start Date: Immediate start available
Job Duration
- Possible temp-to-hire opportunity after 960 hours
Job Responsibilities / Scope
- Perform commercial and residential HVAC service work
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Required ability and certifications to service:

- Gas and air-conditioning package units
- Split systems
- Ductless systems
- Air-to-air heat pumps
Additional Information
- Driving record will be reviewed; position may involve operating company vehicles
