Job Description

CNC Machinist – Broadview Heights, OH
Full-time | 1st shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

  • This is not a short-term stop or a revolving-door shop.
  • This is a place to settle in, sharpen your skills, and build a career you can be proud of.

If you’re a CNC Machinist who values clean work, tight tolerances, and doing things the right way—and you’re tired of shops that churn people in and out—this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys the craft of machining, takes ownership of their work, and wants long-term stability. Someone who shows up, pays attention, and cares about the part that leaves the machine. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What you’ll be doing
• Setting up and running CNC lathes (and mills) to produce precise, consistent parts
• Using your programming knowledge to adjust code and create simple programs (Mazatrol, Fanuc, or similar)
• Reading blueprints, GD&T, and work orders to plan accurate machining steps
• Inspecting parts with precision measuring tools and documenting results
• Loading materials, setting offsets, and monitoring runs to keep production smooth
• Keeping machines and work areas clean, organized, and running right
• Working with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Following safety and quality standards that protect people and the work

What we’re looking for
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience with strong lathe setup and operation
• Hands-on CNC programming ability and comfort adjusting code at the machine
• Experience running both lathes and mills with minimal supervision
• Solid machining math skills (trig, geometry, algebra)
• A steady, reliable work history and pride in doing quality work
• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Tow motor experience is a plus, not required

Why machinists stay here
• Clean, organized shop built for precision work
• A team that values craftsmanship, consistency, and accountability
• Ongoing training and room to grow your machining and programming skills
• Predictable hours, competitive pay, and long-term stability
• A workplace where your experience is respected and your effort matters

If you’re looking for more than “just another CNC job”—if you want a place where your skills are valued and your future is steady—we’d like to talk.
