Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a current OH or compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, and willingness to float to multiple campuses.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in the Medical Surgical unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:00)
- Typical patient ratios are 1:5
- Floating to MS-Tele Units at other campuses (Bucyrus & Galion) required if census drops
- Every other weekend is required
- On-call responsibilities require arrival at the hospital within 1 hour if called in
- Medication scanning experience is required
- Must complete up to 8 hours of pre-employment modules through HealthStream before start date
- Smoke-free facility and campus environment
- No holiday or holiday season RTO (time off) will be approved between 12/20/2025 and 1/4/2026
- All candidates must be able to float to all three campuses as needed
- Scrub or dress code not specified

- Active OH or compact RN license is required and must be in hand at time of consideration
- Minimum of 2 years recent, consecutive Med/Surg experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Experience with medication scanning required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Former permanent employees must wait at least 6 months before reapplying
