Description
Job Responsibilities:
- You will learn and carry out detailed work instructions
- You will assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses
- You will handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes
- You will troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions
- You will promote and support a safe working environment
- You will inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes
- You will adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment

- Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates
