Your day to day as a Tool Bench Technician

As a Full-Time Tool Bench Technician at Superior Plastics, your mechanical inclination and familiarity with tools will be pivotal in ensuring our injection molding processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the disassembly and reassembly of injection molds, leveraging your hands-on skills to maintain and optimize our production capabilities. In this role, you will also actively participate in preventative maintenance by identifying tool issues that may impact our manufacturing operations. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities will make you an essential team member in our factory, contributing to the overall success and innovation of our plastics manufacturing endeavors.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Mechanically Inclined.
  • Injection Molding knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft such as Excel.
