Position Overview
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of residential appliances in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. You will receive scheduled service calls and work independently in the field. This is an on-the-road position with consistent job volume and commission-based compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, ranges, and dishwashers
- Perform service calls at customer homes throughout Cincinnati, OH and nearby areas
- Accurately identify appliance issues and recommend proper repairs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Properly document completed repairs and service details
- Follow company service standards and procedures
Compensation
- Commission-based pay per completed job
- No income cap — earnings are based on performance and number of completed service calls
- Steady and consistent workload provided
- Hourly pay ranges shown on this posting are estimates only and required by the platform

Requirements
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift appliances and use tools safely
- Basic hand tools required (additional tools are a plus)
