Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis related to employment law and litigation.
• Manage discovery processes, including reviewing and coding documents using Relativity.
• Draft and review motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in case preparation.
• Organize and manage case documentation to support efficient legal workflows.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations to strengthen legal strategies.
• Utilize advanced legal technologies to streamline document review and coding.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all legal activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address case-specific needs and updates.
• Support the team with additional litigation-related tasks as required.• Proven experience in employment law and litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Proficiency in document coding and management using tools such as Relativity.
• Strong skills in legal research and analytical writing.
• Familiarity with discovery processes and related legal procedures.
• Ability to draft and review legal motions with precision.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle case documentation.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders.
