What You’ll Do
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting contract operations and ensuring compliance and accuracy across projects. Responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed reviews and edits of customer contracts from initiation to execution
- Coordinating with the Contracts Manager to communicate terms and obligations clearly across teams
- Assisting with contract negotiations alongside Project Managers
- Managing insurance documents and supporting the annual renewal process
- Responding to new customer qualification requests and preparing necessary application materials
