Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) telemetry position in Ohio, requiring an OH or compact RN license and Epic charting experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- May float to units of equal or lower acuity as needed
- Epic EMR experience is required
- Must complete OH fingerprinting process promptly after contract signing
- Responsible for floating to other units as directed
- RTO must be submitted and built into contract at the time of application
- Locals are accepted at the same rate
- Professional attire required in accordance with hospital policy

- Active OH or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Must pass a telemetry competency test
- Proficient in IV starts, general nursing skills, labs, medication administration, and patient education
- Experience monitoring telemetry patients required
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Two professional references required, with one from a supervisor, manager, or formal leader
- Previous employment with the facility requires a 6-month separation before eligibility
